Exercises for Male Sexual Health!!!
I know, that sounds like sooooo much fun. :-/
But, hey, if these little moves help your sex life to last into your nineties (and you along with it), then they are definitely worthwhile! In fact, these small efforts will show in just a week's time how beneficial they are.
The first exercise is for muscles that are called your "PC" muscles. From Wikipedia:
The pubococcygeus muscle or PC muscle is a hammock-like muscle, found in both sexes, that stretches from the pubic bone to the coccyx (tail bone) forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the pelvic organs. It is part of the levator ani group of muscles.
Well, that sounds important enough to take care of, eh?
The exercise is very simple, and can be done by men AND women alike. It involves squeezing the same muscles you squeeze if and when you are trying to stop the flow of urine when urinating. You simply contract that muscle and relax it, 10-15 repetitions at a time (build up to 15). Be aware of the difference between the rectal and sphincter muscles of the anus and these muscles as, though they are different, we tend to squeeze the rectal muscles and anus if we are squeezing the PC muscles. Try to only squeeze the PC muscles for the best effect. This will help bring tons of needed oxygen to your sexual organs (prostate included!) and build up the system that allows erections to last and last. (This will help not only in sexual performance but also in endurance. Definitely worthwhile!) As an important bonus, it helps oxygenate the prostate and increases blood flow to the entire area, helping to flush out toxins and keep the entire region healthy.
Another excellent exercise is just as easy to do. You simply exhale all the way, blowing out the air from your lungs as much as possible. Do this as if you are blowing out birthday candles, so you get all the air out of your lungs possible. With the lungs empty of air, pull upwards on your stomach muscles, upwards in into your chest cavity. Basically, you've just exhaled to move all the lung tissues out of the way allowing you to pull your abdomen far up into your upper belly and lower chest area. Just remember - pulling your stomach upwards, into your chest. Hold that for a few seconds, then relax your stomach muscles and inhale. What you've just done is lift all the heavy weight off of your prostate, kidneys and intestines, while sending lots of nutrient-and-oxygen rich blood flowing down there. This exercise is so beneficial, it deserves to be repeated five to ten times! Just build up slowly to higher repetitions. For just about all of you, this will be the first time you've ever pulled your stomach up into your chest - some of the muscles involved here have never been exercised before! So, take it easy and build up nice and slowly over a couple of weeks.
Those two exercises alone can increase your chances of keeping healthy, and can enhance your sexual performance and endurance much more than you could ever imagine! So, remember what Yoda said, "There is no try, only do!" Do it to it! Get into the habit of doing these simple exercises regularly. You'll be very glad you did!
